Description:
The Museum of Evolution houses Uppsala University's collections of animals, plants, fossils and minerals, the diversity of nature gathered since the 17th century for research, education and admiration.

The museum is located in three adjacent buildings: Zoology, Paleontology, Botany. In the section "Paleontology" fossils explain the evolution of life. The museum contains the largest collection of dinosaurs in the Nordic countries, together with fossils and minerals from throughout the world.
