Description:
First, the museum collects, stores and exhibits artifacts of history, art, paintings, folklore, and anthropology to further the understanding of traditional cultures. Second, the museum collects, stores and exhibits items related to the cultures of the Baekje Dynasty and items relevant to the history of the university to further the understanding of the local culture. Third, the museum collects, stores and exhibits medial and health sciences equipment, devices and local products to further the understanding of science and commerce, and to promote the development of the science businesses. Fourth, the museum collects, stores and exhibits data of natural history such as living creatures and other artifacts to further the understanding of nature and to promote the development of natural history education. Fifth, the museum performs surveys and research of the traditional cultures, local culture, scientific industries and the natural history, and publishes reports, datasheets and studies on these subjects for education and distribution to the academic world. Sixth, the museum provides practical training and education on preservation, storage and exhibition of artifacts. Seventh, the museum holds lectures, seminars and presentations on the traditional cultures, local culture, scientific industries and natural history to contribute to the education of the community.
