Description:
Renmin University of China Museum was officially established in July 2008, and now features five permanent exhibitions, namely Display of the University History, Display of the Norland Age Relics, Display of the Folk Family Letters, Display of the Olympic Legacy as well as Display of Shen Peng’s Calligraphy. The artifacts collected in the museum consist of pottery, bronze ware, wooden articles, ancient coins, ancient writings, old stamps, painting and calligraphy and many other categories. As a university museum, it possesses three functions of collection, education and research. It is also a significant achievement of Renmin University of China in enhancing academic strength, enriching the school’s image, promoting humanistic education and serving in cultural construction.
