Description:
The Academy of Fine Arts Museum in Warsaw was established in 1985. The main part of the museum’s collection ages back to the period of 1958 – 1985 when the so called Gallery (also referred to as The Archive) was operating and collecting student’s works of art functioned at the University, gathering samples of course and diploma work.

This compilation ist still being expanded with works created by teacher-artists connected with the Academy. Currently the museum's collection has approx. 27,00 items which represent nearly every form of artistic expression.
