Description:
The Núcleo de Ciências is an institution devoted to the public understanding of science, promoting scientific activities, including astronomical observations, scientific theatre plays, and exhibitions.

The Núcleo houses the historical equipment from the Physics, Biology & Chemistry Departments at the University of Espírito Santo and it has developed dozens of interactives and educational kits presented at the Experimentoteca, created in 1999 (located 2nd floor Centro de Vivência, room 210).
